We send all orders with Royal Mail, Evri, USPS, FedEx, or DHL (depending on the order value and parcel size/weight).
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Missed a delivery
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
If you don’t receive our Customer Service team’s response for an extended period of time (24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekends), please check your Contact email’s Spam folder. Our emails may have been filtered incorrectly by your email server/provider.
Cancellations (before the order is delivered)
We require cancellations to be requested from us before the order is dispatched, otherwise, we won’t be able to refund the full amount of the order.
If the order has already been dispatched, you will have to send the parcel back to us. The cost of delivery and return will be paid to you in your total amount.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition that is damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
How to request a cancellation/return:

go to My Account, click on Completed Orders, then click on the Return Item(s) button and fill in the Return Form for a full refund* or replacement*.
We will reply within 2 working days.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Every item that a customer returns must be securely packed with enough protection from the damage it may suffer during transit. As the customer is responsible for the parcel until it reaches us, we advise using a signed for and tracked postage service when sending the item back to us. Purchasing shipping insurance is advisable. We cannot refund the order if the parcel is lost during transit.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure the item they purchased comes back to the seller in the same condition as it was sent originally.
Once your return/cancellation is approved by us, we will notify you by email and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or payment company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be canceled, unfortunately, sale items cannot be canceled. They might be exchanged in case of a fault already present when the item was received.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org

Yes, we ship worldwide and in most countries, we offer free shipping that includes the USA, CA, EU, AUS, and NZ. For a few countries, customers may have to pay VAT charges (custom taxes) when they receive their orders.
Tracking information will be forwarded to you via email once the product is shipped from our location.
If you want to make changes to your order, simply contact our customer care at email@example.com. If the order is already shipped and on its way to you, you need to contact the courier service that is delivering your parcel and reschedule.
